Those days when my granny was running behind me to get back her tablets and spectacles, those days when my dad dropped me to school and waved at me,those days when my mom came running behind me for tearing her nice saree in my enthusiasm to iron clothes, those days when i screamed at my brother for breaking the glass case of an old beautiful clock hanging in the main hall, those days when i travelled in bus counting the number of coin telephonebooths on the way from school to home, those days when i asked my mom for a rupee to buy those small candies and lollies, those days when people came to get my notes before exam, those days when i got so offended when a teacher screamed at me for asking my dad to draw an elephant in my homework book, those days when i longed to stay in school for a long time, those days when we begged our teachers for free slots so that we could go and play throw ball, those days when we were fighting(crazily on the throw ball ground, those days when everyone in the class was very angry with me for allowing a teacher to take extra-class as a class monitor, those days when i led the marchpast team of my school, those days when my teachers called me an ideal student, those days when i topped in school and everyone came to congratulate me,those days when i was very proud of myself being myself, those days when we, the sapphirites, put so much effort as a team for the house cup, those days when we celebrated diwali with friends and family, those days when my mom would prepare a bag full of ellu-bella and asked me to distribute the same to our neighbours, those days when we had colony events and a colony night when everyone would enjoy the cuisine, those days when i was so upset with my marks and didnt tell my parents and then realised they are the loveliest parents i could have ever asked for, those days when i went to temple everyday in the morning and enjoying the weather around with the smell of champaka, those days when i was so upset that the champaka tree was cut down, those days when i came walking back home from school and got screamed at for that, those days when i received the merit cards and the best student, diligent student and most helpful students award, those days when my friends arranged a surprise birthday party for me,those days when we went to namma mtr to "hang out" , those days, when i started to cook,i asked my asked my granny to taste the same and she said it was superb though it was Horrible(notice 'H"), those days when i went to my village and enjoyed the life at village, those days when i carved my name on 'bodbande', a hillock in my village, those days when i tried to be awake for the entire night during shiv-rathri and ended up sleeping on my mom's lap much before sunrise, those days when the world was so sweet and i was treated like a princess is very difficult to forget.I very well know those days can never come back but there is small hope somewhere in me when i can experience all of them again sometime in my life.
